Laurie Johnson, Owner/President
Thank you for visiting our website. It is our goal to bring the most up-to-date building science information to our customers not only through the services that we provide, but also through our active involvement in the community. My affiliation as a Board Member and Program Committee Member of the Green Building Association of Central PA helps keep us updated on new programs and practices in the industry. We are a(n):

We also support the educational and outreach efforts of the Affordable Comfort Institute which coordinates outstanding national and regional conferences for the building performance industry.

Brian Johnson, Vice President
With over 20 years of construction management and estimating experience, Brian knows building construction details. He performs all of our large building envelope assessments, working closely with ESCO engineers, architects and buildings owners to develop a thorough solution to reducing air leakage and energy costs. In addition to a vast project history, his qualifications include:

• BPI Certifed Building Analyst
• Certified HERS Rater
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Rochester Institute of Technology
• Associate in Architectural Technology, State University of New York @ Alfred
• ACI Conference attendee (various)
